What Goosy Grow is
Contacts, pipelines, conversations, calendars, forms and automations, built on LeadConnector. It works the same way as LeadConnector’s own product, so their help centre is the accurate, always current answer for how each screen behaves. We link to it rather than copying it. That way you are never reading a stale copy of someone else’s documentation.Where to look
- Contacts and smart lists — adding, importing, tagging and segmenting people: Contacts / SmartLists
- Pipelines and opportunities — stages, moving deals, forecasting: Pipelines & Opportunities
- Calendars and booking — availability, appointment types, reminders: Scheduling & Calendars
- Campaigns and automations — email, SMS and workflow automation: Marketing
- Email sending and deliverability — sending domains, unsubscribes, why a message did not arrive: LeadConnector Email
- Reviews and reputation — review requests, widgets, replies: Reputation & Review Management
- Everything else — the full help centre: help.leadconnectorhq.com
What is different here
Their help centre is right about their screens. These are the places where it would not be right about yours.Signing in
You reach Goosy Grow from inside Goosy Bear and land already signed in. You do not keep a separate login for it, and you will not need the sign-in screen their articles describe. The Inbox is ours, not theirs
Goosy Bear’s Inbox — the one in the main rail, above Analytics — is our own surface, not a door into the CRM. It handles the conversations that arrive through your own connected channels, and it is documented on our side. The CRM has its own conversations area as well, and their Conversations Tab articles describe that one. If you are looking at Goosy Bear’s Inbox, those articles are about a different screen.Pages is ours too
Pages lives in the CREATE section and is our own page builder on our own hosting. The CRM platform has a funnels and websites section of its own; it is not switched on for Goosy plans, and we do not link its help, because two page builders in one product is one too many.Billing never happens there
You are never billed by GoHighLevel, and the payment, invoice and subscription screens inside the CRM are switched off for you. Message and phone usage is funded on our side — there is no balance in there for you to top up. If you need a capability Grow does not currently give you, ask us rather than looking for an upgrade button: Asking for more from Grow. What you will notice inside
Grow is someone else’s product wearing our name, and it does not hide that perfectly:- Some screens use the platform’s own labels — you will see LC Email and LC Phone where we would have said Email and Phone.
- The CRM’s built-in help links refer to HighLevel and LeadConnector by name. That is the same help centre linked above, and it is the right place to be.
- The mobile app is the standard LeadConnector app from the App Store or Google Play. Sign in there with the same details.
