About the product

What is Goosy Bear?

One AI marketing system rather than a set of tools you stitch together. It researches your market, plans the week, makes the images, videos, posts, emails and ads, and brings the decisions back to you. What Goosy Bear is.

Who is Goosy?

The teammate you work with inside the product — one assistant across all of it, not a different bot per screen. He prepares work and hands it back to you. Meet Goosy.

Do I need to connect anything before I can start?

No. Goosy can draft without a single connection. You need connections to publish for you and to read your numbers back — see Connect your channels.

Can I run more than one business in it?

Yes. Each business, brand or client is its own workspace, with its own content, settings, connected channels and knowledge. Nothing crosses between them. Your data and privacy.

Can I connect my own tools?

Yes. Your account has an API and an MCP surface, so an assistant like Claude, Codex, Cursor or VS Code can reach it directly. Quickstart and Connect an assistant.

What Goosy does and does not do

Will Goosy publish something without asking me?

No. Publishing, spending, deleting and changing who can do what all stop at an approval gate, whatever your role and however the request was phrased. How approvals work.

Then why did Goosy spend without asking?

Because a monthly budget was set. Under Work within a monthly budget, work that fits inside the budget runs without asking first — that is what setting one is for. If you want nothing to move without you, Ask me every time is that setting and it overrides any budget. It lives under Settings → Account → Spending & approvals.

Can Goosy tell me my credit balance?

No, and this is deliberate. He will not state a balance, a charge, an amount or a price back to you — those are read from your billing page rather than recalled by an assistant. He will point you there and help with everything around the number. What Goosy will not do.

Can Goosy change a setting or cancel my plan for me?

No. Account changes, cancellations, refunds, switching features on and granting access are a person’s decision. Say what you need and he raises a ticket so a person picks it up.

Can Goosy see another workspace’s material?

No. He reaches what the person asking can reach and nothing else, so he is never a way around a permission you were not granted.

Your account

What is the difference between an account and a workspace?

Your account is the entity that holds the plan, the people and the billing. A workspace is one business, brand or client inside it. Most people have exactly one workspace and never have to think about the distinction.

Why can a colleague do something I cannot?

Two separate things decide it. Permission — your role, plus any per-person exception an owner or admin has set — answers may this person do this at all? Approval answers has a person said yes to this specific thing? So two people on the same role can differ, because a single capability can be granted or withheld per person without changing anyone’s role. How approvals work.

Something is missing that I know I made

Check which workspace you are in first — the workspace button sits in the top bar. That is the most common cause by a wide margin. Troubleshooting.

Can support look at my account?

Only if you say yes. A request comes to you, the answer is yours, and under Settings → Support access you can see who is looking right now and stop it in one click. It is a per-person consent — nobody else on the account gives it for you. Your data and privacy.

How do I get a copy of my data, or delete it?

There are two exports — one for a workspace, one for yourself — and both are free. Closing a workspace or an account is scheduled rather than immediate: nothing is removed for 30 days, and one click calls it off at any point in that window. All of it lives under Settings → Data. Your data and privacy.

Where do I find prices?

On goosybear.ai. Amounts are not shown in this documentation, so there is one place they can be wrong.

Getting help

How do I contact support?

Open your own menu — the avatar in the top-right — and choose Support. It opens a conversation with Goosy, who answers what he can and raises a ticket for the rest. Everyone on an account can use it, whatever their role. Getting help.

Where does the reply arrive?

As a notification — the bell in the top bar — carrying the person’s full message. Re-opening the Support conversation does not show it to you.

Can I have more than one ticket open in a conversation?

No. One ticket is open per conversation at a time. Tell Goosy about anything else that goes wrong and he adds it to the open ticket as a note.

Will I be told how long a fix will take?

No. Goosy does not give a timescale and does not predict the outcome, because neither is something he can know.

The API

An action in the reference is refused when I call it. Why?

Read the status first. A 4xx means the request never reached the action; a 200 with "ok": false is the action itself declining, with a code and a message written to be acted on. Branch on ok, not on the status code. Errors and refusals names every one, including the ones that are about the platform rather than about your key — where minting another key is the most common wasted step.

Why will an action that spends credits not run in one call?

By design. The first call describes what would happen and charges nothing; the second, carrying the confirmation id back, is what runs it. Actions that spend credits.

How do I know what changed in the API?

The Changelog records changes to the API and its MCP surface, dated.
