Analytics answers one question: how did the work do? The page says how much of the picture it has before it shows you anything — 2 of 6 sources connected · last 4 weeks — and the numbers under it are read from the accounts you connected. Nothing is estimated, and nothing is filled in when a source is missing.

The home view

Four controls sit at the top:
  • The period — 7 days, 4 weeks, 3 months, or Custom. Every number on the page is measured over it.
  • The scope — This workspace, or your linked workspaces together.
  • Discuss with Goosy — hands the view you are looking at to Goosy, with its period and scope attached, so you can ask what changed without restating it.
Below them, a strip of headline numbers — leads, booked calls, ad spend, revenue won — each with its change and what the change is against: ▲ 13% vs the previous 4 weeks.

The modules

Under the strip, one card per source. A card whose source is not connected is marked not connected and offers the connection instead of an empty chart. The rest of the page keeps working — an unconnected source never blanks anything else. Most connected cards carry View all, which opens the fuller view for that source. The Produced by Goosy Bear card is the one exception — it is a single count, with no fuller view behind it.

The fuller view

A drilldown repeats the period and scope controls, then gives you:
  • its own headline numbers for the period;
  • a day by day chart — where a day is missing, that is a day your platform did not report, never a zero;
  • a breakdown table you can re-cut. Ads, for instance, switches between Campaigns, Ad sets, and Ads & creative.
  • Export CSV, to take the numbers away and work on them yourself.

Reading a change honestly

The delta beside a number is that number against the previous window of the same length — not against a target, and not against last year. Where the plain reading would mislead you, the page says so instead of showing a number anyway. A figure small enough to identify individuals reads withheld to protect small counts. Take those notes literally: they are the difference between a number you can act on and one you cannot. A short period on a new account is mostly noise. Give a change a window long enough to mean something before you act on it.

Several workspaces

If your account runs more than one workspace, switching the scope to your linked workspaces rolls the numbers up and names what it covers — rolled up across 2 linked workspaces — so you always know what you are reading. Some figures show a dash at that level rather than a total, because adding them across workspaces would not produce a true number. What the roll-up covers is decided by which workspaces you are a member of; you cannot widen it past your own access.

Where the numbers come from

The page ends by saying it plainly: numbers are read from your connected accounts, never estimated or generated. If a figure looks wrong, the place to look is the account it came from.
