Brand is the record of who you are, what you sell, and how you sound. Goosy reads it before he writes anything, so it is the setting that changes the most about what comes out of the product. Open it from Settings → Brand. The screen tells you what it is for: who you are and what you sell — the answers Goosy writes everything from.
If you are filling this in for the first time, start with Set up your brand — it walks the twenty minutes that matter most. This page is the fuller reference for everything the Brand screen holds.

Four tabs

The Brand screen carries four tabs across the top, and they hold different kinds of thing.

The Profile tab

The two blocks that carry the most weight

Who you are holds your one-liner, your audience, and the market you are in. Offer & goal holds what you sell, the promise you make to a buyer, and — kept deliberately separate — what you are trying to achieve right now. That last field is the one people skip and the one that most changes Goosy’s suggestions, because it is the difference between “make me content” and “make me content that does this”. Each block has an Edit control, and several individual fields have their own. Nothing has to be finished in one sitting.

Everything else

Below the two blocks, an Everything else section opens up the detail. The screen describes it as the place to go when you want to get specific — Goosy writes from all of it.
Your never-say words are the same list Compliance checks drafts against. One list, two places — so adding a phrase here also stops it appearing in anything that goes out.
Anything you have not answered yet reads Not answered yet rather than guessing on your behalf.

Give this to any AI

At the bottom of the tab, Give this to any AI builds one block of text out of everything above — who you are, what you never say, and the pillars everything should tie back to. Copy it and paste it in front of whatever you ask another model to write, and you get the same voice outside Goosy Bear. If parts of the record are still empty, this card names them, so it doubles as a short list of what is worth filling in next.

Visual identity, and the advanced record

Visual identity on the Profile tab shows how many palette colours you have stored and offers Open Brand Kit, which is the same place the Brand kit tab goes. Below that, Advanced record (JSON) shows the whole record exactly as it is stored — personality, voice and tone, messaging pillars, proof system, visual identity and website — each with its own Edit. Use it for anything the sections above do not cover; you never have to touch it to get good output. Booking link takes a scheduler URL plus an optional contact email and phone. Generated messaging structures its calls-to-action around these. There is no account to connect — paste the link and save.

The Brand kit tab

The Brand kit is described on the screen as the one place every generation reads from, and it is organised as four questions:
  • How it looks — your logos, your colours, your type, and the words that describe the look of your pictures. Used automatically on everything Goosy makes.
  • How it sounds — the same record as the Profile tab, shown here so you can see the whole identity at once.
  • Pictures and pieces — everything Goosy can pull from when he builds something: logo files, product shots, photos of you, and your intro and outro clips.
  • Rules and sharing — what is settled, and who else uses it. A part of the kit is either settled or open; open means anyone with the Admin role can change it.

The Inference tab

Goosy reads everything he knows about you and proposes drafts of your voice, who you are for, what you talk about, and what to leave out. You review each one; a draft changes nothing until you accept it. If nothing has been proposed yet, the tab says so and offers to run the first pass over what you have given him.

When changes take effect

What you change here is picked up on the next thing Goosy makes. Nothing already produced is rewritten.
