Knowledge is the list of sources Goosy reads to understand your brand and market. Open it from Knowledge in the sidebar; the Knowledge card in Settings goes to the same place. For what belongs on the list and how it reaches what gets made, read Knowledge. This page is the reference for the list itself.

The five kinds

Add source sits in the page header, and again on an empty list. Pick the kind first — the form changes to match. Every kind also takes a Name — a short label you will recognise later, at least two characters. “Competitor channel — Acme” beats the raw title.
The first three are read as you add them. Competitor handle and Subreddit are catalogued only — they go on the list and nothing reads them yet, so for now they add nothing to what Goosy knows.

What each status means

Every row carries its kind, the link or reference behind it, and a status:

Pausing a source

Pause sits on the row of anything that is live. Pause a source when it stops representing you — an old positioning page, a competitor you no longer track, a video that is out of date. A paused source stays in your list, marked Paused, and stops being read from that point on. It changes nothing that was already made from it.
Adding the same source again turns it back on. There is no separate resume control, and nothing here removes a source from the list.

Scope and permissions

Sources belong to the workspace you are in. Add a competitor to one brand’s workspace and it stays there — switching workspace switches the whole list. Adding and pausing sources takes an owner or admin. Everyone on the workspace can read the list.
