If your business already runs on GoHighLevel through another agency, that account can move to us as it is. You keep your contacts, your conversation history and your pipelines — you are not starting again, and you are not importing a spreadsheet. This page is what that move looks like from your side. It applies only if you are arriving with an existing account; if you are starting fresh, your Goosy Grow workspace is simply set up for you and there is nothing here to do.

How the move starts

Your current agency has to start it. That is how GoHighLevel works — an account can be handed over, but it cannot be pulled. We accept it at our end. So the first step is a conversation with them, not with us. Once they agree, we give you the details they need and they initiate the handover from their dashboard.
One account moves as one whole thing. There is no partial move — you cannot bring the contacts and leave the calendars. If your business runs across several accounts, each one moves separately and each arrives as its own workspace.

Ask about your balance first

If your current agency bills you for usage — texts, calls, emails — that account has a usage balance sitting with them. When they release the account, that balance is deleted. It does not travel, and we cannot recover it or credit it. Only they can refund it, and only manually. This catches people out more than anything else on this page, so settle it with them before they start the handover. It is a short conversation and it is much harder afterwards.

What travels, and what does not

This is a property of how GoHighLevel hands accounts over, not a choice we make — it is the same list in either direction. The right-hand column is the real work of a move, and most of it is quick. The connections are the part only you can do — a social or Google connection is your permission to grant, so you re-authorize each one in Goosy Bear after the account lands. We will walk you through it.

Your CRM arrives as yours

Nothing of ours is written over what comes with you. We do not apply a template, a starter set of workflows, or a default pipeline to an account that arrives with its own — what you had is what you open on day one. What we do add is the link to Goosy Bear: you get a sign-in that reaches Grow from inside the app, and your workspace picks it up in the GROW section of the left rail.

What you will not be asked for

Before we call it done

Once the account lands we check it over with you: that your contacts and conversations arrived intact, that signing in works, that you can see what your plan includes, and that the connections you re-authorized are live. Spot-check your own records rather than counting rows — you know your account, and a name you recognize is a better test than a total.

If you ever leave

The same move runs in reverse, and we do not make it difficult. Your CRM is yours: contacts, conversations, funnels, calendars, workflows and pipelines all go with you to whichever agency you choose, and we give you an export of your data as well. What does not go with you is the same right-hand column as before — the connections, our sending domain, and the billing setup. Any remaining usage balance is refunded to you rather than moved. That is a real off-ramp with some re-setup at the other end. We would rather say that plainly than call it seamless.
