Goosy Bear has two halves. Create is the marketing work — deciding what to say and making the things that say it. Grow is the customer work — the people who respond, and what happens to them next. They are two capabilities inside one product, not two products, two brands or two plans. Neither is a lesser version of the other; what differs is what each one is for, and which of them your workspace has switched on.

Create

Create is what you get with Goosy Bear. It covers the whole loop from a blank week to something published: Goosy works across all of them, and you do not have to know which lane a request belongs to — ask him, and he opens the right one. Setting up is the part that pays for itself: your brand profile, voice, strategy and taste notes are what make the output sound like you rather than like a generic assistant. Those live under Settings.

Goosy Grow (CRM)

Goosy Grow (CRM) is an add-on, bought on top of the Pro and Business plans and switched on per workspace. It is the contact side of the business — contacts, pipelines, conversations, calendars, forms and automations. You can tell in one glance which you have. If the workspace has Goosy Grow, the GROW section of the left rail carries Inbox, CRM and Email, each opening in a new tab already signed in. If it does not, those three are replaced by a single + add Grow entry — which is also how you get it.
If the CRM is not in your rail, nothing is broken. The add-on is not on that workspace yet, and workspaces on the same account can differ.
Goosy Grow runs on LeadConnector, so their help centre is the accurate, always-current answer for how each of its screens behaves. We link to it rather than copying it — see Goosy Grow (CRM) for the map.

How the two halves meet

What Create produces is what Grow works with. A post that brings someone in, an email sequence that follows up, an ad that starts a conversation — the piece is made on the Create side and the person who responds arrives on the Grow side. You sign in once and both are the same account. If your workspace has only Create, nothing about the guides on this site changes for you. Everything except the Goosy Grow pages describes what you already have.
