You are never billed by GoHighLevel. Goosy Grow runs on their platform, but your commercial relationship is with us and only with us — one plan, one balance, one card, on the Plan and billing page. Everything on this page follows from that.

You will not find billing screens inside Grow

Grow is a full CRM, and the underlying platform has its own payment, invoice, subscription and refund screens. Those are switched off for you, deliberately. You should never reach an upgrade prompt, a payment method, or a cancel-my-plan button inside Grow.
If you ever do see one, that is a bug and not an offer. Tell us and do not put a card into it — see Getting help.

About usage

Sending texts and emails and running phone numbers costs something per message. That usage is funded on our side, at our rate, and it is part of what your plan covers. There is no wallet for you to top up and no per-message bill arriving from anywhere else. Where usage draws on your Goosy Bear balance, it does so the same way everything else does — see Usage.

When you need something Grow does not give you

Ask us. Not GoHighLevel, and not by hunting for an upgrade button that is deliberately not there — ask Goosy in the app or contact support. What happens next depends on who needs it:
  • If it belongs to your plan — something everyone at your level should have — we turn it on for the plan, and it appears for you along with everyone else on it.
  • If it is just you — something your plan does not include but your business genuinely needs — we can turn it on for your workspace specifically.
Either way we do the switching on. There is nothing for you to configure and no separate account to open.

What it costs

We tell you the answer before we turn anything on, never after. It is one of three: Anything extra is paid up front, like everything else — there is no after-the-fact bill and nothing accrues quietly in the background. If you find yourself asking for more month after month, we will say so and offer the plan that actually fits rather than letting a stack of additions grow. That is usually the cheaper answer.

What we will not do

  • Hand you off to GoHighLevel to buy something.
  • Pass through an invoice from them.
  • Turn something on and work out the price afterwards.
A capability we could only deliver by sending you to someone else’s checkout is one we do not offer. We would change how it is delivered, or tell you we cannot do it.
