# Your CRM

> The CRM, sales pipelines, booking, email marketing and texting that come with Goosy Bear, and how to connect your own HighLevel account instead.

Your CRM, sales pipelines, booking, email marketing and texting are included
with Goosy Bear. There is no separate tool to pay for. Email, text and calling
usage is charged as you use it — see [Usage](https://docs.goosybear.ai/account/usage.md) and
[Plan and billing](https://docs.goosybear.ai/account/plan-and-billing.md).

## Already use HighLevel?

You can connect your own HighLevel account and keep working in it. Open
**Settings → Integrations**, find HighLevel and sign in. What you need to know:

* **It is your account.** Goosy Bear reads and writes the contacts and leads you
  send it; billing for HighLevel stays between you and HighLevel.
* **Leads from your own website** flow into it once it is connected — see
  [Send leads from your own form](https://docs.goosybear.ai/api/send-leads-from-your-form.md).
* **Managing the connection** — checking its health or disconnecting it — works
  like any other, described in [Integrations](https://docs.goosybear.ai/setup/integrations.md).
