# Integrations

> The Connections screen: what each provider card tells you, and how to manage, health-check or disconnect one.

The **Integrations** row in Settings opens **Connections** — the one screen
listing every outside account this workspace publishes through, reports on, or
draws on.

If you are connecting something for the first time, start with
**[Connect your channels](/start/connect-your-channels)**, which walks the
connect flow and explains what each card state means. This page is the reference
for what you do with a connection once it exists.

## Managing a connection

Choose **Manage** on a provider's card and its sheet opens over the list. What
the sheet holds depends on the provider:

| Control                | What it does                                                                                                                                                 |
| ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Run a health check** | Confirms everything still responds, now rather than at the next scheduled check. Only where the provider holds a connection of its own — see the note below. |
| **Disconnect**         | Stops everything that runs through it. Your history stays.                                                                                                   |
| **Recent activity**    | What has actually happened on this connection lately.                                                                                                        |

  Several cards can ride one sign-in — the Google set is the example. A card
  covered by another card's sign-in has no connection of its own to check, so
  its sheet carries no health check and says so, pointing you at the sign-in
  that does cover it to disconnect there.

<Warning>
  Disconnecting takes two presses — **Disconnect**, then **Confirm** — because it
  stops publishing, reporting and anything else running through that account.
  **Keep it** backs out.

Where a provider holds more than one connection in the same workspace, the sheet
gives each one its own set of controls and names which is which, so you never
disconnect the account you meant to keep.

## The extras a provider adds

Some sheets carry more, and only where it applies:

* **Where each channel publishes** — which route a given channel goes out on,
  when a provider offers more than one.
* **Ad account access** — the advertising account, what we can do on it, and
  when that was last confirmed. It also tells you where a part-finished setup is
  stuck: waiting on you to approve it, waiting on steps you have not finished,
  or waiting on the platform to approve us.
* **Which conversions we report** — for Google Analytics, the handful of
  conversions it already tracks that show on every performance card.
* **Where pins go** — the board a Pinterest connection pins to. Pinterest is on
  the way rather than connectable today, so this one is not reachable yet.
* **One sign-in covers these** — where a single sign-in with a provider grants
  several of the cards on the list, the sheet names the others.
* **API key** — where a provider is keyed rather than signed into.

## Who can change connections

Owners and admins can connect, reconnect and disconnect. A member can be granted
the same permission on **Settings → Account**; a client-role person cannot.
Where you only have read access, the sheet's controls are inert rather than
hidden.

## Connections and your plan

Connecting outside accounts comes with a paid plan. On a plan that does not
include it, the Integrations row still appears and the screen explains what
publishing would give you — everything you have made stays yours to download in
the meantime.

  Connections belong to the workspace you are in. If you run several workspaces,
  each connects its own accounts, and switching workspace switches the whole
  set.

## Ask Goosy instead

From any screen you can ask Goosy to connect an account, or ask why one is
erroring. On the Connections screen he offers exactly those two as suggestions.
