# Your CRM

> Where to find help for the CRM inside Goosy Bear — contacts, pipelines, conversations, calendars and automations.

The CRM inside Goosy Bear — contacts, pipelines, conversations, calendars,
forms and automations — is built on LeadConnector. It works the same way as
LeadConnector's own product, so their help centre is the accurate, always
current answer for how each screen behaves.

We link to it rather than copying it. That way you are never reading a stale
copy of someone else's documentation.

## Where to look

* **Contacts and smart lists** — adding, importing, tagging and segmenting
  people:

* **Pipelines and opportunities** — stages, moving deals, forecasting:

* **Calendars and booking** — availability, appointment types, reminders:

* **Campaigns and automations** — email, SMS and workflow automation:

## What is different here

Two things are ours rather than theirs, and are documented on this site:

* **Signing in.** You reach the CRM from inside Goosy Bear; you do not keep a
  separate login for it.
* **The content that flows into it.** Anything Goosy Bear plans, produces or
schedules is described in these guides, not in the CRM's.

If you are not sure which side a question belongs to, ask Goosy in the app — it
answers from these guides and points you at the right article either way.
